The long-standing cooperation with Stadtwerke München GmbH and ICA has been extended by another chapter.

In an EU tender for 98 stationary ticket vending machines with the associated background system, ICA was once again able to hold its own against the competition and convince Stadtwerke München of its capabilities. The ticket vending machines offered fit seamlessly into the existing sales landscape of Stadtwerke München and impress with their durability and resistance to vandalism.

The terminals are equipped with a 15″ PCAP touch display, cash processing and a payment terminal for cashless payments. Extensive (((eTicket functionalities according to the VDV-KA standard and expansion options complement the ticketing solution and make it future-proof and economical in operation.

Due to the further delivery of ticket vending machines to the Stadtwerke München GmbH, there are now approx. 1,500 stationary and mobile ICA Traffic ticket vending machines in use in Munich.
