This is how the new luxury supermarket “The CROWN” in the heart of Düsseldorf welcomes its customers. On an area of 10,000 square metres, a range of high-quality products has been offered on the former Kaufhof site since April 2018.

This first-class offer also extends to the adjoining car park. Thanks to our license plate recognition system, season parkers can enter and exit the car park comfortably and quickly through the three drive-ins and three drive-outs. Short-term parkers receive their tickets in Germany’s largest Edeka supermarket within less than a second after pressing the ticket button. The contactless chip card in EC card format is so fast that it provides a parking experience without queuing.

Visitors are led through the parking levels and navigated directly to a free parking space by means of an intelligent routing system with arrow and cross signs. The next free space is already indicated at the entrance by additional ultrasonic sensors with red and green LEDs installed above the individual parking spaces.

Once the shopping experience is finished, customers can pay their parking fees at one of our eight pay machines. For customers without cash on them, there are EC card terminals.

Apart from the supermarket, the hotel and a fitness centre are also connected to our parking management software.

The multi-level parking system is completed by a professional, digital telephone system with call forwarding function including priority function for emergency call buttons in the area of the approximately 50 parking spaces for women.
