Parking system technology has become increasingly complex over the past few years. ICA is taking this to account for by offering its customers the possibility of advanced technical support.

This includes, among other things, the following components:

  • Central back-up service of the car park system on ICA servers
  • Connection of the parking system to the hotline for processing system failure messages
  • Preventive notification to customers, e.g. in case of an imminent lack of tickets
  • Remote control of the system at customer request
